Welcome to this blog

Life is crazy right now. Im currently kind of a student, kind of employed, looking for some kind of direction. Basically i'm no different from any other 21 year old. Except for 21 year olds who are boring as fuck. If you're my age and know exactly what is going to happen to you over the course of your life, then i'd hope you believe the world is coming to an end in 2012. Otherwise you are batshit crazy. One thing i've always found to be fascinating about the world is that one person out of the 7 billion on this planet can come around and just completely fuck your shit up. A wise man once told me that you never know with people.

Anyway, if you've somehow managed to come across this blog, there are various things that will be covered. Call this a loose syllabus of sorts.

In order:

1.) Sports- I was born and raised as a Yankees and Giants fan, and I've been watching motorcycle racing with my old man since the age of 4. Forza Rossi. I am also pretty randomly a fan of the Arsenal Football Club, and as they're the only team I root for still playing, (get real Giants fans) I will be writing about them a lot. I'll also cover various topics in baseball as my current occupation is baseball instruction. Other sports may or may not be included. Hockey and Lacrosse are stupid and I dont know much about Basketball.

2.) Music- I got my name Johnny Knockout from my time as a drummer in a band. I'm not going to say I know a lot about music, but its quality over quantity right? So anyway right now im studying Audio Engineering at the Institute for Audio Research in NYC. I think this topic will take over as a major part of this blog over time, as I hope this becomes my profession.

3.) Politics- Fuck.. yeah I'm gonna try to avoid this topic as much as I can, but know for a fact that one day I'm gonna get so up that I'll write a 5000 word rant and completely alienate everyone who has ever associated themselves with me and polarize the shit out of my entire readership.
